I took this during pregnancy and am taking it during breastfeeding now. My doctor was ok with it, the ingredients are very high quality. I actually called Dr. Ron's store and had a nice chat with the staff there about this product too. There is no smell, it's very neutral which is a big plus. One thing I noticed is that my son started teething early and has really shiny and strong teeth now! So I guess my breastmilk has good calcium. :-)
