At Dr. Ron’s Ultra-Pure, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return window
You may return eligible products within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
Eligible items
We accept returns of all products, including items that have been opened and used. A product being opened or partially used does not disqualify it from being returned.
To start a return, contact us within the 30-day window to request your return:

Once your return is confirmed, ship the item(s) back to the return address below and include your order number in the package so we can match the return to your order.
Return shipping
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we cover return shipping and will provide a prepaid shipping label. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 business days. We will notify you by email when your refund has been issued.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued for the full purchase amount of the returned item(s). We do not charge restocking fees.
Refunds are credited back to your original method of payment. We do not issue refunds as store credit or as credit toward future purchases.
After your refund is issued, please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will make it right at no cost to you.
